Returnings after receiving your order due to a problem on the product occur as follows:

product-related problem.

After receiving a confirmation e-mail the product should be sent back to Kallavist within seven working days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept return requests in excess of seven business days.

When the request is considered by the authorities and the refund is approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Product box, packaging, standard accessories shall be complete and undamaged when returning a product.

'Kallavist Returns Department' will do a product review before confirming your refund. Return confirmations are based on this review.

Shipping costs for returns shall be paid by the buyer.

If the defect of product is confirmed, the refund will be accepted and shipping costs for shipping back will be sent back to your account.

Repayments will occur within seven working days after return confirmation.
